Dale Ross, an award winning agent, heads up Playa Vista Agents.  The company employees only resident staff who are knowledgeable of the community and most speak for Playa Vista at City Hall.  They know the issues first hand such as methane, The Village, The New Elementary School, Playa Vista's impact on the Ballona Wetands. and environmental dewatering studies.   

Dale Ross has been a real estate agent for 15 years on both coasts.  As a former mortgage broker she will use her industry contacts to get her clients the best deals.  She holds a Masters in Education from USC and is a Certified Short Sale Specialist. 

She was the former Los Angeles Flash Designer for Blue Mountain, the animated greeting card company.  Ms. Ross has taught Flash design and marketing at Nickelodeon Studios, Santa Monica College, San Diego State University, The School of Visual Arts and multiple private and public schools.  So she can present and market real estate with websites, social networking sites, blogs, video and photography fitting professional publications. 

Dale Ross has set up several service organizations within the community including the Playa Vista Cartoon Club and Watercolor Club.  She has been a board member of her building, The Lofts, has been a committee member for the annual benefit and films the video at community events.  She is a known and respected member of Playa Vista.
