The Pool Area consists of a Jr. Olympic size pool with solar heating warm even in the early hours or at night, a small oval shaped pool for kids and a hot jacuzzi to relax in after work.  Residents can enjoy this pool in the early hours during the week.  Often times it's vacant.  

Keep in shape at the Fitness Center with a variety of cardio equipment and simultaneously entertain yourself with cable television access. There are free weights and other exercise equipment next to locker rooms with showers.

Do you need a place for a private party? Playa Vista has three areas that can be used together or sectioned off. Prices are as low as $150. One part has a living room’s comfort in mind and with couches and armchairs, a fireplace and big screen television.

The best party idea is the Screening Room.  Invite family and friends over and seat them in one of twenty-three theater style seats to watch the latest releases or family videos on an enormous screen. This room is stunning and would amaze the classic studio executives from a bygone era accustom to luxury.
